Gary P. Ketchum, of Brewerton, passed away Monday at home.

Gary honorably served in the US Army during Vietnam. He worked for 40 years at O'Brien & Gere Engineers.

Gary was a member of North Syracuse Baptist Church where he served in the Christian Service Brigade and as a Deacon.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing at his camp in the Thousand Islands, and bowling.
Predeceased by his parents, Mirven and Erma Ketchum.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Cindy Ketchum; his children, Jill (Jody) Giarrusso and Brett (Katie) Ketchum; his grandchildren, Ryan and Lily Giarrusso and Blaik Ketchum and his sister, Debbie Herklotz (Ellsworth Griffin).

Visitation will be 4-7PM Thursday at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Funeral Service will be 11AM Friday at North Syracuse Baptist Church, 420 South Main St. Burial North Syracuse Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY or to Camp Hickory Hill, 2970 Kohler Rd. Varysburg, NY 14167.
