G.A. Edward Antonelli
July 7, 1926 — June 16, 2017
G.A. Edward Antonelli, 90, of North Syracuse, passed away June 16, 2017. Ed was born in Shamokin , Pennsylvania on July 7, 1926 to the late Emil and Katie (Culp) Antonelli.
Ed retired from Carrier Corporation, East Syracuse. He was a Forth Degree Knight of Columbus and member of ASA-Softball Association member for many years. I
n his free time, he enjoyed Yankee's Baseball and SU Sports and bowling, as well as a vendor at Port Ontario Flea Market. Ed was a basketball record holder at South Onondaga High School.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters Shirley Tatusko and Donna Ambrose and brother, Marvin Antonelli.
He is survived by his Wife of 66yrs , Caroline E. Antonelli, Sons, Edward D Antonelli and Brian S. (Sherry) Antonelli, Sr., Grandsons, Brian S. (Kimberly) Antonelli, Jr. and Michael E. Antonelli.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main, North Syracuse, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am with officiating. Interment at North Syracuse Cemetery .
