Fredric Meade Kocher, 69, of Liverpool, died Sunday, after a long illness. He was born in Syracuse and graduated from Central High School in 1957 and later from Mohawk Valley Tech. Institute. He lived in the Syracuse area for most of his life. He was employed for a number of years as Vice President of Eric Mower Assoc. He later founded a specialized printing Company, Grafek Direct Printers. He retired as President in 2001.
He is predeceased by his wife, Sandra Kocher.
He is survived by his sister, Marjorie K. (Mervyn) Roberts; several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
No Services at this time . There will be no Calling Hours.
Burial will take place in White Chapel Memory Gardens.
Contributions may be made to the American Lung Assoc.
