Frederick W. Seeburger

Frederick "Fred" William Seeburger, 84, of North Syracuse passed away on December 29, 2021. He was born in Syracuse, NY on January 27, 1937. Son of Ruth (Martin) and Herold E. Brown.

Fred worked as a carpenter for 40 years, starting with Bill Charles Construction then working independently for the remainder. Those that knew him, knew him as the most lovable grumpy old man who loved his recliner. He was the family weather man and his famous quote was "I know everything". His family was his world and he loved visits from his grandkids and enjoyed lots of hugs from his great grandchildren most of all.

Fred was predeceased by his mother & father; sister, Shirley T. Capsello; brother, Donald Seeburger; daughter, Robin B. Gosch, and great grandson, Sonny J. Agbossoumonde.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Helen M. Seeburger; son, Fred (Julie) Seeburger; son in law, Jim (Sandra) Gosch; six grandchildren, Melisa Betts, Kristina (Tim) Murinka, Madison (Trevin) Gates, Heather (Mike) Babbitt, Kelly Seeburger and Samantha Seeburger; as well as, 7 great grandchildren, Trevin, Camden, Landon, Lyon, Nyle, Lyla, & Austin.

There will be a private service held for family and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Association in honor of Fred and his great grandson Sonny or to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Honor of Fred's Daughter Robin.
