Frank W.Howard, 94, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Sunday. Frank was born on June 15, 1920 to Dora May Davis and William Thomas Howard in Syracuse, NY. Frank was a member of North Syracuse Baptist Church and enjoyed doing good works for those less fortunate than he.

He was a member of the Circus Fans of America and Model Builders Association.
He wrote and published many articles for the White Top Magazine. Also being an enthusiastic reader and traveler gave him endless knowledge that he could and would expound upon with everyone he met. Frank spent his life working for his family. He operated a painting, paper hanging and remodeling business from young adulthood to well into his seventies.
Frank was predeceased by six siblings; a daughter, Jeanette Koelbl and a son, Richard Howard.
Frank is survived by his wife of 68 years, Beatrice Blount Howard; two daughters, Patricia (Thomas) Kiley and Shirley (Steven) Pincus; a son, Stephen Howard; a daughter-in-law, Sandra Howard; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
