Frank B. Spencer, 80, of Liverpool, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021, at his home. .
Frank was born in Mexico, NY on May 25, 1940, son of the late Frank and Viola Spencer.
He served in the US Army, where he was employed as an engineer.
He is survived by wife, Jacqueline; son, Robert (Mary) Spencer; their children, Caitlin, Erica, Malena, and Robert; great grandchild, Maverick; step-son, Ian Wilson and his child, Brooke; and his brother, Orlo Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 11th, from 4-6pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of CNY.
