Frank J. Burt, 58, of Fulton, passed away peacefully on Saturday.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Frank L. and Winifred E. (Moore) Burt.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Deborah Burt; three children, Frank, Tracy and Stefen; several grandchildren; four sisters, Kathy, Sue, Joanne and Cindy; several nieces and nephews and many loving friends.
Calling hours will be Wednesday 2-4PM and 6-8PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
