Francis Joseph Kulas, 88, of Syracuse, passed away March 20, 2024.
Francis was born in Syracuse, New York on May 11, 1935 to the late Francis and Margaret Kulas.
Frank was a U.S. Army Veteran, eventually retiring from Conrail.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Katherine J. Kulas; four Sons, Edward F. Kulas, Frank V. Kulas, Robert W. Kulas and Mark T. Kulas; 12 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
There will be a graveside ceremony at Onondaga County Veterans Memorial cemetery on Wednesday, March 27th at 11 AM.
