Francis J. Elmore, 84, of North Syracuse, died December 15, 2004, at VA Medical Center. Survivors: daughters, Carolin Wilson of Syracuse and Francine (James) Jacques of Queens, NY; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services: Thursday, 2 p.m. at the Onondaga Co. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Syracuse. Burial will follow after services.
