Frances A. Mather-Cooper, 71, of Syracuse, passed away June 12, 2019.
Fran was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in April 4th 1948, the loving wife to the late Thomas Cooper.
She is survived by her son, John Cisternino; daughters, Mary-Ellen Tillinghast & Theresa Murawski; also her grandchildren, Christopher Ross, Angela Tillinghast & Jessica Patla; along with great grandchildren, Crista Beach, Alex Walker & Violet Patla, as well as everyone's heart she's touched throughout the years.
There will be no services per Fran's wishes.
