Frances "Fran" Allen, of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday surrounded by family. Fran was predeceased by her husband, William A. Allen.
Fran is survived by sons, Michael, Paul, Anthony and Bill; daughter, Sue; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Marty, Steven, Jerry and Gordon; sister, Cheryl; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be Tuesday 12PM at Northside Baptist Church, 7965 Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY with burial to follow in Onondaga Veteran's Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Northside Baptist Church.
