Frances A. (Arroway) Fuller passed away peacefully on December 23rd, 2019 after a long illness, with her sister Sharon by her side. Fran was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
Fran was born Feb 27, 1943 in Oswego, New York to her parents, Francis and Mary Arroway. She was predeceased by parents, her husband George E. Fuller, and her sister Mary Belle Fredette. She was retired from her career as a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, New York.
Fran enjoyed gardening, reading, flying kites and loved her dogs Mickey I and Mickey II. She was an avid Republican, a loyal Fox News follower and a true believer in Making America Great Again.
She is survived by her son James (Kim) Henning, and her beloved granddaughter Fern Marie Henning, of Tupper Lake, New York, her sister Sharon (Edward) Mattiaccio, of Liverpool, New York, her elder sister Ruth Collier of Columbia, South Carolina, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse on Sunday, December 29th from 1-3pm. Funeral Service will follow at 3pm. Burial will take place at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton, NY in the spring.
