Frances B. Donovan

Frances B. Donovan, 77, of North Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born in Fulton on December 15, 1942 the daughter of George and Jennie Bough. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Mattydale and was the District 5 President. She also enjoyed traveling for the VFW to national conventions. She will be remembered as a caring and loving person that would do anything for anyone. She had a caring heart and will be greatly missed.
Frances is survived by her children, Patricia Garbooshian, Tom (Suzy) Donovan, David Donovan, John Donovan, Steve (Charolette) Donovan; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Dawn (George) Zwolinski; her brothers, George (Carol) Bough and Sam (Mindy) Vivlemore; along with nieces and nephews.
