Frances A. Dibble

Frances A. Dibble, 78, passed away on Saturday, at Francis House. Frances was born on June 16, 1940 in Wayne, MI, the daughter of the late Royal and Mary Shively. Frances worked as a cook at Thunderbird Lanes and Allied Chemical. After she earned a degree in data processing from OCC she was employed at Blue Cross, retiring in 1994. Worked summers and camped at Sunset Park at Cross Lake. She and her husband enjoyed winters in Clewiston FL. She also enjoyed family and friends, camping, bingo, casinos, cruises and bowling.

Frances is survived by her children; William Jr. (Suzanne), Daniel (Amy), Debra (Dan) Doran, Barbara (Jeff) Santmyer; sister, Linda (Bob) Lanigan; brother, Gerald (Sue) Shively; 13 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William Sr., and brother Wayne Shively.

A memorial service will be held on Sat. October 13th 1pm at the Christ Community United Methodist Church, 3474 Stiles Rd., Syracuse.
