Foster "Kimm" Disinger, 77, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Saturday after a 34 month battle with brain cancer. Kimm was a Navy Veteran and worked as a Commercial Artist for Allied Decoration/Signs and Syracuse Signage. His passion was sports and he was an avid Red Sox Fan. He played, coached and officiated basketball and softball for most of his life. Dice, as he was known by his friends, was a member of the Syracuse Cyclones Softball Team that was inducted into the Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame. He was predeceased by his parents, Paul and Doris Disinger.
Surviving are his daughter Robbin Disinger (Ed Jastrzab), 2 sons: Brian (Lauri) Disinger, Jeffrey (Ashley) Disinger, 8 grandchildren: Ben, Shelby, Conner, Baylee, Juliann, Tasia, Keirsten, Taylor, his brother Paul (Annette) Disinger, 2 sisters: Marilynn King and Sandra (Dick) VanMarter, along with several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private and there will be no calling hours.
Kimm requested family and friends to join in the celebration of his life on Saturday August 30th at the Western Ranch 1255 State Fair Blvd., from 2-6pm.
