Floyd Clark, 82, of Eastwood, passed away Monday at home. Born in Madrid, NY, he co-owned/ operated Shear & Clark Construction Co., retired from Black Clawson Corp. and was a member of the Leather Stocking Club.
He is Survived by his loving companion, Mary T. Jennings; two sons, Leon F. Clark, Chris A. Clark; daughter, Connie R. Maher, nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren; brother, Clifford Clark; two sisters, Pauline Wegzyn, Geraldine Shear; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Wednesday, 8 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Friends may visit with his family on Wednesday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
Contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Utica or the American Heart Assoc.
