Florence Cecelia Hennessey, 96 of Liverpool, passed away on December 20th with family at her side. She loved to sing and was involved with Sweet Adeline's and a choral group in Vero Beach, FL. She worked at the Brooklyn Eagle Newspaper and married her husband of 68 years, Robert Thomas Hennessey.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Thomas Hennessey.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Robert W. of Baldwinsville and his family and Thomas of Harpswell, Maine and his family; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Friday, January 8, 2016 from 10AM-12PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services will follow at 12PM. Burial will be at the Onon. Co. Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
