Fedele Tullio Salomone

Fedele Tullio Salomone, 87, of North Syracuse, passed away March 13, 2022.
Fedele was born in Guardia Piemontese, Italy on January 13, 1935 to the late Livio and Rosa Salomone. Tullio was very active in the Italian community. He hosted a radio and television show called Radio Italy for many years. He enjoyed watching Italian soccer games especially his favorite team Juventus. He was instrumental in bringing many Italian entertainers to perform in Syracuse. Most importantly he loved spending time with his family and being Nonno to his grandchildren.
Tullio was predeceased by a sister, Teresa Martilotta.
He is survived by his wife, Fidalma Salomone; three sons, Sergio (Ann Marie) Salomone, Claudio (Theresa) Salomone, Roberto (Jillain) Salomone; grandchildren, Anthony, Steven, Silvana, Dominic, Eva, Lorenzo, Carlo; a sister, Olga Lewis; brother, Italo Salomone; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Sunday, March 20, 2022 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, North Syracuse. A funeral mass will take place Monday, 10AM, at St. Rose of Lima Church, North Syracuse.
Interment to follow in Assumption Cemetery.
