Evelyn J. Snyder, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Evelyn was born in Marcellus, NY and was a member of the Senior Citizens League.
Evelyn is survived by her close companion of 5 years, Norm Johnson; two sons, David L. and Donald E.; six daughters, Linda J. Snyder, Marlene A. Harrington, Judith L. Hyland, Janice E. Davoy, Joan M. Snyder, Kimberly J. Agedal; 24 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and one great grandson on the way and 1 great great grandson.
Services will be held on Friday at 10:30 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Spring Burial will be in West Monroe Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 North Main St.
Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY or the Humane Society. Messages of sympathy may be left at newcomerfamily.com.
