Eunhee Hertweck-Kirk

Eunhee Hertweck-Kirk of Clay went home to be with her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, March 28th.
She was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. After moving to the US, she married Thomas Hertweck in 1976. Eunhee attended and graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO. In 1986, she and her family planted Trinity Assembly of God in Liverpool, NY where she pastored for the last 37 years. In 1997, the church moved to its current location in Clay. Eunhee and Thomas faithfully led Trinity Assembly for 31 years and traveled the world sharing the message of Jesus.
In February 2017, Thomas went home to be with Jesus. In December 2017, she married Bill Kirk and they enjoyed six wonderful years of life and ministry.
Eunhee had a great passion to see people come to know and love Jesus. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who brought her so much joy. She also enjoyed playing piano and singing, cooking, playing games, travel, gardening, and being outdoors.
Eunhee was predeceased by her parents; a brother; her first husband, Thomas; and their son, Joshua.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; children: Lisa (Derek) Henderson and David (Erin) Hertweck; grandchildren: Emma (Dmytro), Jared, Abigail, Carter, Lilia, Caraline, and Madelaine; sisters: Myong-Hee Oh and Young-Hee Dutton; brother: Su-Chul Bang; stepchildren: Robert (Krista) and Bethany (Rory); six step grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd 9AM-11AM at Trinity Assembly of God, 4398 Rte. 31, Clay, NY 13041.
A celebration of life service will follow at 11AM. Burial will be private for the family.
