Eugene was a beloved father, he worked as a truck driver for years. He loved racing, country music and spending time with his family.
He is survived by six children, Wendy I. Ager, Deanne E. Watkins, Eugene E. Fletcher Jr., Lou Ann I. Fletcher, William F. Fletcher and Pamela A. Fletcher; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Burial will be private.
