Eugene E. "Gene" Klindienst, 51, of Liverpool died at home surrounded by his loving family. Gene was a kind, generous, sensitive and loving husband, father, brother and friend, a man anyone would aspire to be. He was a graduate of Syracuse University and University at Buffalo Law School. Gene was a dedicated and compassionate attorney in private practice. He was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, the former Patricia M. Lawton and daughter he adored, Alexandra "Ally" M. Klindienst; a brother, John (Jamie Nauheim) Klindienst; two sisters, Gigi (Eric Klein) Klindienst and Mary Ann Klindienst; brother-in-law, Richard Lawton; sisters-in-law, Donna (David) Wicks and Suzanne Bers and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 10AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, North Syracuse. Burial will be private in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-5PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
