Ethel M. Hamlin
October 30, 1930 — July 12, 2021
Ethel M. Hamlin, 90, of Liverpool, passed away on Monday at her home surrounded by her loving family. Ethel was born in Cicero on October 30, 1930. Ethel retired from General Electric. Ethel enjoyed quilting, gardening, camping, SU Sports and her beloved NY Yankees. She was also very involved in the activities at Faith Journery United Methodist Church in Clay.
She is survived by her children, Diane Foraker, David (Jeanine) Hamlin, Denise (Steven) Rowe, grandchildren, Kimberly Foraker, Jason (Gabrielle) Foraker, Rebecca Hamlin, Brian Hamlin, sister, Alice Schipf, along with nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Hamlin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse from 1-4pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10am at Faith Journey United Methodist Church 8396 Morgan Road, Clay. Burial will take place in Pine Plains Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Faith Journey United Methodist Church or to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
