Eric William Deaton, 45, of Syracuse passed away Sunday. Born in Connersville, Indiana he was a veteran of the US Army. Eric owned and operated Deaton Window and Door. He was a member of the Salt City Dart League, he enjoyed fishing, golfing and his children.
He is survived by his children; Ryan, Jessica and Rachel Deaton, his parents; Claude and Petronella Deaton, brothers; Greg (Jeanne), Kent and Todd Deaton, sister; Sheila (Larry) Gault, 9 nephews and 1 niece.
Services will be Friday, 10 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Valley Drive, Syracuse. Burial will follow in Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Thursday, 5-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse.
