Emma C. Pudney, 83, of Liverpool, passed away Monday at her home with family at her side. Emma and her late husband owned Kay-Lou Diner in Bridgeport from 1953-1969 and later worked for K-Mart in Mattydale. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church and it's Tulip St. Center. Emma is predeceased by her husband, Lewis M. Pudney in and grandson, David Pudney.
She is survived by her son, Martin L.; daughters, Geri F. Hart, Christine E. Pudney; brother, Gerald Monroe; sisters, Lillian King and Hilda Nickols; 12 grandchilden; 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday, 10 AM in St. Joseph the Worker Church, Liverpool. Burial will be in the Bridgeport Cemetery, in the Spring. Calling Hours will be Thursday from 4-7 PM, at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse.
