Elizabeth Eleanor Silkworth
May 9, 1938 — August 16, 2023
Elizabeth Eleanor Silkworth, 85, of Syracuse, passed away at home on August 16th with family by her side. She was born in Utica, NY to the late Harriet and Albert Bassett. Elizabeth had a good soul and was full of faith. Elizabeth enjoyed Bingo; but most of all, she loved her family.
Elizabeth was predeceased by two daughters, Rosie Silkworth and Donna Silkworth.
She is survived by her children, Patricia Butler, Ruth Silkworth, Brenda Silkworth, Rick (Maxine) Silkworth and Tina Silkworth; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; brother, Donald (Liz) Bassett and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at St. Lucy's Church on Wednesday, August 30th at 9am.
