Elizabeth Jean Piro, 90, passed away at home on Saturday, with her family at her side. Her family was her pride and joy.
Jean was the daughter of Franklin H. Mollineaux and Bessie Ilene Dailey and was raised in Hempstead, L.I. Jean married John E. Piro in 1946 and came to North Syracuse in 1950 to raise a family. She was an active member of Andrews Memorial UMC where she volunteered at "Cradle and Beyond". She is predeceased by her husband, John; a daughter, Nancy L. Fullmer; and a grandson, Jonathan D. Piro.
She is survived by Jeffrey (Debra) Piro; six grandchildren, Corinne West, Kelly, Drew and Troy Fullmer, Abigail and Lauren Piro; five great grandchildren, Ramsey and Mahogani West, Natalie Piro and Ava Grace and Misty Fullmer.
Memorial Services will be Friday, 6 PM at Andrews Memorial UMC.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Andrews Memorial UMC or Hospice of CNY.
