Elizabeth (Betty) Bogan Brown, 74, of Liverpool, passed away Saturday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Natrona, PA, she retired from Sweetheart Market with over 40 years of service. She enjoyed gardening, football, bingo and crocheting. Betty is predeceased by her husbands, Douglas C. Brown (2004) and Robert L. Bogan (1971).
Surviving are a daughter; Kathleen Sheaks of Syracuse; son, Robert L. (Judy) Bogan of West Monroe; four step-grandchildren and several step-great grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery. Friends may visit with her family on Wednesday from 3-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Cancer Society.
