Elaine C. Sauta

Elaine C. Sauta, 86, of Cicero, passed away January 31, 2025. 

 Elaine was born in Syracuse, New York on July 11, 1938 to the late Richard and Lillian Shelley. 

She was an avid reader and loved to garden. Elaine enjoyed her trips to the casino. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Sauta and son, James Sauta. 

She is survived by her three sons, John (Kimberly ) Sauta, Jay (Barbara) Sauta and Jerome (Laura) Sauta; Seven grandchildren, John C. Sauta, Jimmy Sauta, Mai Sauta, Liv Sauta, Cassondra (Steve) Schultz, Michael Sauta, Kathleen Sauta; As well as many Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Thursday, February 6th from 4-7 PM with a service to follow at 7 PM. A private inurnment will take place in Woodlawn Mausoleum.
