Edwin L. Lueck
October 29, 1945 — December 7, 2022
Edwin Lynn Lueck, 77, of Clay, went home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2022 with his family by his side.
Edwin was born in Syracuse, New York on October 29, 1945 to the late Edwin and Myra Lueck.
Ed was a 1964 graduate of North Syracuse High School and a 1972 graduate of SUNY Cortland with his Master's in reading. He also studied fine arts, Elementary education, and vocal study emphasis. Edwin retired from AA Cole Elementary in 2008 after many years as a 4th grade teacher. His life was dedicated to telling others about eternal life in Jesus Christ. He was a song leader, a deacon and member of Bible Study Fellowship Church for over 25 years.
He is survived by his Three Sons, Zachary Lueck, Jesse Lueck and Levi Lueck; Two Grandchildren, Michael Lueck and Isabella Lueck and Sister; Carol Maiello.
On behalf of the family, we would like to thank the St. Joseph's Hospital Oncology wing for their great care and love they showed Edwin.
Visitation will take place on Monday from 10 AM – 12 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A service will follow at 12 PM. Burial to take place in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.
