Edwin Krzykowski, 87, of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday. Ed was a WWII Army combat veteran. He worked as a machinist, carpenter, restaurant owner, and briefly at the DOT in Mexico in the Green Thumb program. He grew up in Manlius and lived in East Syracuse before moving to Sandy Creek. He owned & operated DE-J's Place in Sandy Creek and was a partner in Daddy Ed's Restaurant in Mexico. Ed enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.

He is survived by sons, Edwin H. (Mary) Krzykowski, James (Cynthia) Baxter; daughters, Ellen (Andrew) Popovich, Debra (Sue) Butler and Judy (Duane) Auchampau; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; brother, Henry Krzykowski.

Services will be 11:00AM Monday at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will follow in Pine Plains Cemetery, Manlius. Calling hours will be Monday from (9-11AM), at the funeral home.

Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
