Edward W. Johst, 74, passed away on Friday at his home with loving family by his side.
Edward was the son of the late Edward and Mary Johst. Ed retired from New Process Gear in 1995 and also worked at ADESA in Cicero. He was a member of the CNY Street Rods and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family especially the grandkids and great grandkids.
Edward is survived by his wife Elizabeth "Libby", son, William "Bill" (Valerie) Johst, daughters, Penny (Paul) Allen, Tracie (Bob) Tilden,10 grandchildren, Mariah, Trevor, Erich, Alicia, Kyle, Bobby Jr., Joey, Justin, Jeffrey, Jordon, 13 great grandchildren, Jayden, Alexis, Erich, Laura, Kyle-Leigh, Sadie, Aubrie, Alexis, Payten, Melody, Harmony, Bradley and Bobby, III.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 11 to 1pm at the Amboy Center United Methodist Church, Route 69, Amboy Center, with services to follow.
