Edward L. Serley, 78, of North Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday. He is predeceased by a brother, Alvin Serley.
He is survived by his companion of 45 years, Joyce J. Tucci; a brother Fred (Margaret) Serley, a sister, Anne Bryan; a sister-in-law, Amy Serley; one niece and six nephews. Services will be private. Burial will be in the Onon. Co. Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
