Edward S. Warner, 78, of N. Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday. He was born on September 2, 1933 in Syracuse. He was a meat cutter and owned his own business on the northside before retiring from Schisa Bros. after 25 years. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. Predeceased by his wife of 40 years, Helen Spuches Warner.

He is survived by four children, Sharon (Patrick) Fay, Elizabeth (Robert) Kelly, Edward (Margo) Warner, Las Vegas, Mark (Jenny) Warner, grandchildren; Kris (JoAn) LaGrange, Adam LaGrange, Matt & Dennis Kelly, Alissa & Karly Warner and Nicholas Warner, great grandchildren; Jeremy, Jack and Elena, brother, Don (Jean) Dolson, sister Margaret LaBeff, along with his companion, Kathy Waskiewicz.

Services will be held on Saturday 9:30am at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-6 pm at the funeral home.

Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to charity of your choice.
