Edward R. Bassett, 84, of Jamesville, passed away on Sunday at the Nottingham RHCF after 9 years of residency. He spent most of his married life in Wanakena, NY and was employed by Newton Falls Paper Mill.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Dolores; son, Thomas (Nancy); daughter, Karen (Chet); 2 grandchildren, Paul (Lauren) and Abbey; a great-granddaughter, Ava Rose; sister, Lucille Adams and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private. Contributions may be made to the Nottingham RHCF Employee Appreciation Fund.
