Edward F. Cerimeli, 74, of North Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday. Ed was a Marine Corp veteran. He retired from Carrier Corp. He was a lifetime member of the Syracuse Brigadiers Drum & Bugle Corps and was a field band instructor for Liverpool, Cicero and CNS High Schools. He is predeceased by his daughter, Denise Cerimeli.
Ed is survived by his wife of 28 years, Janice (Snogles) Cerimeli; sister, Frances DeVerso; daughters, Kathryn (David) D'Angelo, Lisa (David) Sales and Danielle (Steven) Messinger; grand-daughter, Kristen Denise D'Angelo; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Tuesday, 10 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Heart Assoc.
