Edward R. Cottet, 66, of Syracuse, passed away November 11, 2021. Edward was born in Syracuse, New York on September 4, 1955 to Richard and Marlene Cottet. He attended St. Bonaventure and OCC. After 33 years of service, Edward retired from the Postal Service. In his free time, he enjoyed NASCAR racing and was an avid Dallas Cowboys football fan.
He was preceded in death by mother, Marlene and father, Richard Cottet.
He is survived by several cousins and friends.
Following Edward's wishes, there will be no services. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. The family would like to extend their sincerest thank you to the team at Upstate Community for their compassionate care during such a difficult time.
