Edna M. "Teddy" Crawford, 91 of N. Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Saturday, 4th 2021.
Born on December 23rd, 1929 in Oneonta, NY to the late William & Helen Miller.
Teddy was an amazing mother and wife passionately caring for her family at all times. She worked as a nurse at Crouse Hospital for 20 years. In her retirement years, she supported The Rescue Mission, Meals on Wheels and The Literacy Programs in New York and Florida. Teddy loved her dogs that were always by her side. She was a communicant at Northminster Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Robert Crawford; son, Steve (Lisa) Crawford; nephew, Bill (Jennie) Sommer and great-niece, Katheryn (Peter). Predeceased by her daughter, Jan Chavan.
Calling hours will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY on Friday, September 10th, 2021 from 1-2pm. Services will follow at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Rescue Mission.
