Earl James "Jim" Growe, 74, passed away on Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital with his loving family by his side.
Jim was born on March 8, 1943 in Fulton, the son of the late Ivan and Wilma Growe.
Jim retired from US Airways in 2002 and also worked for Chase Bank and Lincoln Bank. Jim enjoyed his trips to the Turning Stone Casino and loved playing bingo and cards. Jim enjoyed playing the piano and organ. Another one of his talents was making floral arrangements and he was a great cook.
Jim is survived by his daughter, Kimberlee Semle, grandson Scott Semle, brother Ivan Growe, sister Sharon (Bruce) McGivney, good friend Michael Bullis, sister-in-law, Sandy Miller-Growe, along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be private.
