Earl C Ballard, 63, of Cicero passed away Monday. A life resident of the Syracuse area, he worked at Traux & Hovey.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years; Elizabeth (Gardner) Ballard, two sons; Earl (Mary) and Jeff (Lisa), one daughter; Jennifer Taylor, 6 brothers, one sister; Lois Reynolds, and 12 grandchildren.
Services will be held on Friday at 10 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulton. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 N Main St., North Syracuse.
