Rochester- Charles E. Whitmer Jr., 73, passed away on Tuesday at Crouse Hospital with his loving family by his side.

Charles was born on March 13, 1942 the son of the late Charles and Elizabeth Whitmer. He was a graduate of Michigan State University and received his Doctorate in Dentistry from Case Western Reserve University. He was an avid owner and trainer of Harness horses for over 50 years.

Charles is survived by his wife Lynn, son, Dr. Brian (Gina) Whitmer, daughter, Leslie Whitmer (Robert Capezzano), sister, Judith (Don) Beynon, nieces and nephews; Lindsay (Mike) Loughren and Chad (Hillary) Beynon.

Per Charles request there will be no services.
