Douglas J. Fleming

Douglas J. Fleming, 58, of Brewerton, departed this life at Crouse Hospital after a short illness. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert & Mary Fleming and a sister Susan Hoffman.

He is survived by a son, Robert Taylor Fleming of Lewisburg, PA, 3 brothers; Michael of Constantia, Steven of West Monroe, Robert of Brewerton and his sister Jeanine of Brewerton.

Doug resided most of his life in Brewerton. He was employed as a roofing & siding contractor. In his younger years, he was a championship motor cross rider. He enjoyed traveling throughout New York State & Florida competing in numerous events. He also enjoyed snowmobiling, boating and was an avid NASCAR Fan.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9-11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services at 11am. Burial will take place at Pine Plains Cemetery in Clay.
