Dorothy Jean Thompson George

Dorothy Jean Thompson George, 74, of Cicero, passed away January 27, 2025. 

Dorothy was born in Canastota, New York on March 1, 1950 to the late Millfred and Ruth Thompson. 

She loved horses and horseback riding. She was infatuated with collecting Native American art and jewelry. Most importantly she loved her children and grandchildren. 

She was predeceased by her brother, Steve Thompson.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Carol) Miller; daughter, Karen (Mark) DuMont; grandchildren, Ashley (Patrick) Mason, Robert Miller III, Mara Jo Miller, Dillon (Lexi) Miller, Kristie Kirby, Kenneth Gregor; great-grandchildren, Khloe and Hunter Mason; Robert, Amara, Amelia and Riley Miller, Curtis Evans, Zoey Gregor; siblings, Ruth Wagner, Diane (Bob) Glahn, Kathy (John) Dzencelowcz, David (Ruth) Thompson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Visitation will take place Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 3pm - 4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse, NY.
