Dorothy A. Potter, 92, of North Syracuse, passed away February 19, 2019.

Dorothy was born in Syracuse, New York on May 20, 1926 to the late Richard and Lillian Shelley. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting cross stitch and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Arthur; Siblings, Bud Shelley, Don Shelley, Shirley Magistro, Lorraine Merrill, Delores Tucker and Helen Chapman.

She is survived by her Sons, David (Susan) Potter and Arthur (Elizabeth) Potter; Daughters, Jeanne McKee and Shelley Cumming; 11 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild; Sisters, Elaine Sauta; Brothers, Ken Shelley and Jerry Shelley.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 9 AM at the funeral home. Entombment to take place in Woodlawn Cemetery following services.
