Dorothy "Dottie" Murphy, 87, of Liverpool, passed away Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Syracuse, she graduated from Eastwood High School. She worked for General Motors, a buyer for ladies apparel in Florida and was a member of the Moose Club of Syracuse. Dottie is predeceased by her first husband, Edward L. Pelletier, 1956 and her second husband Thomas H. Murphy, 1984.
Dottie is survived by her daughter, Katherine Pelletier; a son, Thomas Pelletier; one granddaughter, Lori Wilkins and one great granddaughter, Madison.
Services will be held on Monday at 10 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with her family on Sunday from 2-4 PM at the funeral home, 705 North Main Street.
