Dorothy C. MacNeil

Dorothy C. MacNeil, 89, of Liverpool, passed away on Monday February 3, 2025 at Upstate University. Dorothy was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 4, 1935 daughter of the late Frank and Sophie Colton. Dorothy retired from Honda City and loved Wegmans. She was an avid dog lover, enjoyed spending time at Onondaga Lake Park and was a lifelong NY Yankees Fan. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth in 1973 and her sister, Loretta Kraus. 

She is survived by her 2 sons, Christopher (Kathleen) MacNeil, Gerald (Catherine) MacNeil, daughter, Valerie MacNeil, 4 grandchildren, Ryan (Elizabeth), Keara (Anthony), Amanda, Gillian, 3 great grandchildren, Logan, Isla, Margot, and a brother, Robert (Judy) Colton, along with multiple nieces and nephews.

A celebration will be held at a later date.
