Dorothy K. Bailey, 87, of West Drive, Auburn, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, May 25, 2018 at Auburn Community Hospital.
Mrs. Bailey was born in Larchmont, New York on May 12, 1931 to the late Richard and Blanche Kull.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 65 years, James E. Bailey of Auburn; sons, Keith E. Bailey of Frankfurt, Germany, Kevin S. Bailey and his wife Jennifer of Hammonton, NJ; daughter, Kimberly A. Schooley and her husband Matthew of Auburn; four grandchildren whom she adored and bragged frequently about, Nicholas Schooley, Alexa Schooley and her fiancé Steven Palmer, Josiah Bailey and Hannah Bailey; three special sisters-in-law, Audrey Estey, Beverly Reinhardt and Mary Anne Kull; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother, Richard N. Kull, Jr.
Mrs. Bailey enjoyed spending time with her family, drinking appletinis and playing the slots on her iPad. She will be deeply missed.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
