Donna McDougall, 72, of Syracuse, passed away May 17, 2021.
Donna was born in Lowville, New York on August 25, 1948 to the late Ivan "Ike" McDougall and Betty Fey. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her son Jake; and step-father Clarence "Bud" Fey.
She is survived by her three daughters, Virginia Kisselstein, Donna Wood, Cathina (Blair Sr.) Reed; many "adopted" children; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; three brothers, Scott McDougal, David Fey, and Matt McDougall; and a sister, Leslie McDougal.
