Donna Jean (DJ) Guinup-Burdick, 66, of Syracuse, passed away February 2, 2025. Donna was born in Schroeppel, New York on December 21, 1958, to the late Merrill and Bernadean Guinup.

Donna is predeceased by her soul-mate and forever love, James (Jimmy) Burdick and her loving step-father, Donald Beechner. Donna is survived by her loving son, Jacob Guinup; niece, Courtney (Jeffrey) Moteyunas, along with their children she looked at as her grand-children, Easton and Emmitt Moteyunas; niece, Harmony Stidham; nephew, Andrew (Tiffany) Stidham; brother Tyson Beechner (nieces- Briana, Cierra, and Autumn), and Cousins she adored more than anything, Randy (Linda) Coit and Wanita (Matthew) Eckert and their respective children.

Donna enjoyed being dolled up in her colorful attire accompanied by her jewelry gifted by her sweet husband. Donna enjoyed arts and crafts and found her niche with painting many different things! She proudly gifted her paintings to her friends and family! Above all, Donna loved her family beyond words and her family loved her beyond measure!

A visitation will take place Friday, February 21, 2025, from 3pm-4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse, NY.
