Donna M. Conte

Donna Marie Conte, 75, of Baldwinsville, passed away July 31, 2024. Donna was born in Stockbridge, New York on July 23, 1949 to William and Elizabeth O'Herien. Donna retired after 30 years of employment from Upstate Community Hospital, working Patient Access in the ER. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. Spending quality time, spoiling them and going to McDonalds was her favorite. During the holidays, she would spend countless hours in the kitchen making hundreds of Christmas cookies with the grandkids, even if it meant staying up until 1AM. Donna had a special way of being truly present with her grandchildren; always listening, always involved and always providing her opinion. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Conte; father, William O'Herien; mother, Elizabeth; brothers, Leonard and William "Hoot" O'Herien; and sister, Cindy O'Herien.

Donna is survived by her two sons, Vincenzo Conte, Antonio (Sarah) Conte; grandchildren, Linzy, Hailey, Nicholas and William; siblings, Skip (Rose) O'Herien and Lori (Dennis) Morgan; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Thursday August 8, 2024 from 4-7PM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, North Syracuse.
